Lighthouse Radio Bible Study Lesson #2185
Primary Scripture Reference: Isaiah 32:1-8 (KJV)

Additional Scripture References:
2 Chronicles 31 and 32
Isaiah 7 and 8
2 Chronicles 31:4

Key Points from this Lesson:
We should see Christ on every page of scripture.
God raised up Hezekiah as a righteous king.
We see some traits of Christ in Hezekiah.
We should be grateful for our rulers, especially righteous rulers.
A righteous king makes a great difference.
We need to be reflecting the glory of God and doing the deeds that identify us with Him.
God will open ears and eyes.
Evil will no longer be called good.
We have just been through an election.
We must remember that don't elect rulers; God does. He raised up Hezekiah. He raised up Jesus.
If we desire a righteous ruler, we must live by the behavior that we expect of them.
If we have leaders that are vile and greedy, it is surely because we have a citizenry that is the same.
We have been given the most righteous ruler possible. Hezekiah was great, but a greater than Hezekiah is here.
It is because Christ is King that we have hope that things which have been turned upside down can be made right again.
He is holy and sovereign.
He is Lord and we should take our refuge only in Him.
Let us pray for a light upon the Word and apply it to our lives day by day.
